Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 21, 2026 · Last Updated: August 21, 2026 · Entity: Listify Technologies Inc. (d/b/a Listify)

Listify Technologies Inc. ("Listify," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our website, mobile applications, predictive real estate platform, messaging features, and related software services (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and business information: name, professional email, mobile phone number, brokerage affiliation, billing address, login credentials and account identifiers.
  • Platform activity: saved target areas, searches, filters, saved/favorited properties, lead lists, outreach drafts, messaging preferences, support requests, IP address, device and browser metadata, and usage information.
  • Property and public-record information: parcel identifiers, property characteristics, tax and assessment records, deed and ownership records, mortgage-related records where lawfully available, municipal filings, and other real estate information obtained from public records or licensed third-party data providers.
  • Messaging consent and compliance information: mobile number, date/time and method of SMS consent, consent language/version, opt-in source, messaging preferences, and STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE/HELP interactions. We maintain these records to administer the messaging program and demonstrate compliance.
  • Payment information: subscription and transaction information. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers; Listify does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Platform.
  • Generate property intelligence, seller-probability scores, recommendations, maps, alerts, and related features.
  • Generate AI-assisted email and SMS outreach drafts at the direction of the user.
  • Send service, account, waitlist, product, and messaging-program communications when the user has provided the applicable consent.
  • Process subscriptions, payments, customer support, and account administration.
  • Monitor abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, and security incidents.
  • Improve Platform performance, reliability, and predictive models using data in accordance with applicable law and our contracts with data providers.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. SMS and Mobile Information

Listify treats mobile numbers and SMS consent information as sensitive business and compliance information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not use SMS consent collected for one messaging program to enroll a user in a different messaging program without obtaining the consent required for that program.

We may disclose mobile numbers and messaging information to service providers that process messages or provide infrastructure on Listify's behalf, such as our communications provider, hosting providers, security providers, and other vendors necessary to operate the service. These providers may use the information only to perform services for Listify and are subject to contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

For recurring SMS programs, message frequency varies unless a more specific frequency is stated at the point of consent. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out and HELP for assistance.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the Platform, which may include property-data providers, cloud infrastructure/database providers, analytics and security providers, payment processors, customer-support providers, AI/LLM providers, and SMS/communications providers. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Examples may include property-data services such as ATTOM, RentCast, or BatchData; cloud/database infrastructure such as AWS or Supabase; payment processing such as Stripe; enterprise AI endpoints; and communications providers such as Twilio. The actual vendors used may change over time.

5. Public and Third-Party Property Data

Listify may display or process information obtained from public records, government registries, municipal sources, and licensed third-party providers. Such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or subject to provider-specific terms. Public-record information is handled in accordance with applicable law and source-provider requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain legitimate business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Messaging consent and opt-out records may be retained after an account is closed when reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted re-enrollment.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, authentication safeguards, monitoring, and vendor security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain uses of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You may request deletion by contacting privacy@listify.ai. You may also manage marketing and SMS preferences using the instructions in the relevant message.

For public-record information, Listify may not be able to alter or delete the underlying government record. Requests concerning the source record may need to be directed to the relevant governmental or municipal agency.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, understand usage, maintain security, and improve the Platform. Where required by law, we will provide applicable consent and preference controls.

10. Children

The Platform is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised Last Updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice for material changes.
